The weather doesn’t show us, but autumn is here and there. Friday September 29 and Saturday September 30, 2023, the Côte-d’Or Departmental Council organizes, in partnership with the consular chambers, the Autumn Market “100% Côte-d’Or know-how” in the gardens of the Department in Dijon, with nearly thirty local producers and artisans.
Became unavoidable, this meeting is an opportunity to bring together the new Côte-d’Oriens who have settled in the department over the last 12 months. This event is organized with Côte-d’Or Attractiveness to raise awareness of the many assets of the Côte-d’Or and in particular its gastronomic heritage.
Support for local producers
Promoting meetings between producers, artisans and consumers, promoting local products and know-how, supporting local activity, relocating food as close as possible to production sites, developing logistical tools to develop local circuits, etc. are so many challenges that the Department carries out alongside its partners.

Continuing its policy of supporting agriculture and promoting short supply chains and local products, the Côte-d’Or Department has been organizing for two years now “4 Seasons Markets” : thus, each season, it offers a market highlighting the productions of the moment.
“The 4 seasons market illustrates our desire to promote local products and promote the “100% Côte-d’Or know-how” brandwhich is a real success, while respecting seasonality” explains the president of the Department, François Sauvadet.
Market opening hours: Friday, September 29 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m./Saturday, September 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
