Decree No. 2024-848 of July 19, 2024 modifies Decree No. 2022-1446 of November 21, 2022 establishing the terms of use of the automated processing of personal data called the Secure Digital Space for Public Agents (ENSAP).
The regulatory text relates to the changes to the purposes and terms of use of the platform called Espace numérique sécurisé des agents publics (ENSAP). The platform called Espace numérique sécurisé des agents publics (ENSAP), created and administered by the Directorate General of Public Finances (DGFiP), is being enhanced with new services. The decree consequently modifies the purposes of the processing, the nature and duration of storage of the recorded data as well as the categories of persons having access to it or being recipients of it, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR).
