NieR: Automata meets Final Fantasy 7 Remake through a rather particular mod, which replaces the character of A2 with the model of Tifa in the teen version, taken from the Square Enix game but built on the model of the fighter created by Platinum Games.
Modder Kekoulis created this mod, which is perfectly in line with the tradition of replacement changes for the characters but presents a very peculiar choice, going to fish for a particular character that appears only in some moments of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, but which evidently associated with the author particularly good at the movements and characteristics of A2 in NieR: Automata.
The young Tifa used for the mod is in fact the one that appears only in some style scenes flashback present within Final Fantasy 7 Remake, therefore it is not the standard character that can be used during the game but its younger version, which evidently was better associated with the A2 model.
The mod in question has been shared on Nexus Mods, but as always its download and installation is at your own “risk”, as the standard formula for mods, although it shouldn’t be a major shock.
The result of this particular mix is visible in the briefs video shown below, showing a few seconds of action with the replacement character in question.
