For the 9th year in a row, Autokino started its tour on April 12. The event will visit 14 Bulgarian cities. According to tradition, the first screenings will be in Varna. Again, places are limited. Tickets and the program are available at www.avtokino.bg
This year, each of the films has a special message and feel beyond the familiar fun and laughter. The selection of films suggests that families, lovers or children give their elderly parents the emotion of Autokino.
Inspired by the story of Yordan Yovkov, the film “The Plague” is among the first selected, and visitors will immerse themselves in a story of strong love and lust for life, which fight over insanity.
Parents and their students will be able to enjoy “The Pulse of the Dance”, which is the first film about Sports Dance in Bulgaria. A coach returning to racing can also inspire the next new talent.
The Bulgarian Oscar nomination “The Lessons of Goodness” teaches us about the limits of our principles, the naivety that leads us on a path of no return.
For problems at school and adversity in the family, Dyad can turn our vision upside down and make us think about our environment and our choices from an early age.
Drive-in cinema is watched from a car on a large 5m x 10m screen and at a height of 2m from the ground. The sound is received by the car radio on the appropriate frequency for the city displayed on the screen.
Those wishing to attend must purchase a ticket in advance from the cinema’s website.
