PORTLAND, Oregon.- Oregon authorities are investigating the facts surrounding a stolen vehicle used by a 10 year old of age during an alleged persecution.
Portland City Police said on Friday that a North Precinct officer was in his patrol car when they saw two vehicles leaving at full speed from the parking lot of a fast food restaurant.
The agents learned of it one of the vehicles was stolenso it didn’t take long to follow him.

Authorities said the driver of the stolen vehicle, a Kia, was driving erratically. When the officer stopped the vehicle at a stop sign, the driver and passenger immediately threw up their hands.
The vehicle was driven by children
It was then that the officer discovered that the driver I was a 10 year old boy and the 13-year-old passenger.
According to the police, the minors were handed over to their guardians, while the stolen vehicle was returned to its rightful owner. The rear passenger window was broken and the contact damaged.
