A Good Samaritan who recognized Frank RJames called NYPD CrimeStoppers, prompting police to make an arrest Wednesday. James, who was intensively wanted in the Brooklyn shooting that left more than 20 people injured, was taken into custody near St. Marks Place and First Avenue on the Lower East Side, according to police.
