Always higher. Tennis player Novak Djokovic won the Australian Open this Sunday, January 29 (his 10th, a record against Roger Federer’s 6 titles) against Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas.
The Serb won in three sets (6-3, 7-6, 7-6), thus preventing the Greek from winning his first Grand Slam tournament. As in 2021, at Roland Garros, Tsitsipas had to bow to Djokovic in the final.
A real winning return for Novak Djokovic, who was expelled from the Australian tournament last year for not having been vaccinated against Covid-19 and lying on his entry documents into the country.
After crushing the competition throughout the tournament, the Serbian tennis player returns to the height of Rafael Nadal with 22 Grand Slam titles. He regains the lead in the world rankings.
