I happened to book lodging right in front of the cafe. During my stay, I observed the situation there, when was it busiest and quietest.

This cafe itself just opens at 10.00 and closes at 21.00 WIB, there is no time difference between Thailand and Indonesia. The quietest time is in the morning, but it gets busier as the cafe opens.

Starting at 08.00 only, tourists will start lining up to take pictures. Most crowded at lunch time.

Most only take pictures outside the cafe, without entering the cafe. It doesn’t mean the cafe is quiet, it’s still busy anyway.

In this transitional season, it starts to rain frequently in Phuket. Even so, tens of people were still lining up to take photos on the outside wall of the cafe. Some use umbrellas, raincoats, and are willing to get caught in the rain just for the sake of taking photos.

From observations, tourists from these 3 countries dominate there the most. They are Arab, Chinese and Indian. For Arab tourists, most of them are couples, those who come from India and China come with their families.

When the sun sets, the enthusiasm of tourists to take pictures does not subside. The lights on the walls of the cafe started to turn on, a different beauty appeared from there.

When the cafe closes, then the tourists disappear from there. When the sun comes up, the same routine repeats throughout the day.
