It’s rare these days that we have to wait for the announcement from Sony before we know what the upcoming PlayStation Plus games are. This is because the line-up often already leaks in advance via the French site DealLabs. So again now.
The new PlayStation Plus Essential games will go live on Tuesday, August 2, and Sony is expected to officially announce the lineup later today, but chances are it will be the next three games.
- Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 (PS4/PS5)
- Yakuza: The Lion King (PS4/PS5)
- Little Nightmares (PS4)
Not a bad lineup considering all three games were very well received on their initial release. Take it with a grain of salt for now, confirmation should come around 5.30 pm.
