According to reports, in the early morning of August 21, due to short-term heavy rainfall, flash floods occurred in Lugao Town, Jinyang County, Liangshan Prefecture, and the construction site of the Yanjiang Expressway JN1 bid section project undertaken by Shudao Group was affected. After combing and investigation, it was found that there were 201 people on the project site when the disaster occurred. At present, 149 people escaped from danger, 4 people were killed, and 48 people lost contact.
