Vienna – July makes everything new for the Vienna Symphony Orchestra: the chief conductor will soon be new, the logo will be new, and of course the program for the 20/21 season will be the same. With Andrés Orozco-Estrada, a South American sets the pace for the symphonists, but he is no stranger here – since 2009 he has led the Tonkunstler Orchestra Lower Austria for six years. And the native Colombian has been living in Vienna anyway since his student days.
