Audio Technica Introduces Portable Bluetooth Turntable ‘AT-SB727’ with Retro Design

Audio brand Audio Technica announced on the 24th that it will launch the portable Bluetooth turntable ‘AT-SB727’.

The AT-SB727 portable Bluetooth turntable is a product that is being relaunched for the first time in 40 years by reproducing the retro design of the 1980s and adding a new wireless Bluetooth function.

The product supports Bluetooth 5.2, enabling wireless connection with speakers and headphones. It can be played for up to 12 hours when fully charged. Supports automatic pairing after initial connection.

In addition, to enable portable yet stable sound reproduction, the tone arm used a dynamic balance system that applies stylus pressure through a spring. It is equipped with a high-precision DC motor to maintain stable rotation, and provides high-quality sound with a belt drive system that plays 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records.

An audio cable is also provided for analog wired listening. It can also be connected to an amplifier or active speaker. ATN3600L stylus (needle) is installed as standard. It can also be replaced later.

The AT-SB727 portable Bluetooth turntable will be available for pre-sale on the 25th on the official Musinsa and Audio Technica websites. It is released in three colors: black, white, and yellow. Yellow color is only released at Musinsa. The price is 279,000 won.

As a pre-sale promotion, an ATN3600L stylus will be given away when purchasing the product during the pre-order period from the 25th to the 29th. The first 100 buyers at Musinsa will receive an additional Audio Technica gift bag.

An Audio Technica official said, “The new product has an original design with a retro feel and is equipped with wireless and the latest functions to improve user convenience,” adding, “You can enjoy high-quality analog sound anytime, anywhere.”
