Founded in 1962, Japan’s Audio-Technica celebrates the 60th anniversary of products such as the Sound Burger. A portable turntable that is already sold out but will return in early 2023.
This, however, is on sale during the Christmas period at 1200 euros and is completely transparent.
The Audio-Technica AT-LP2022 is produced in limited numbers and features an AT-VM95E pickup, belt drive and a carbon fiber tonearm.
The player is belt driven and constructed of 30mm thick acrylic, with a height adjustable arm and comes with a dust cover.
It comes with the aforementioned AT-VM95E which has an elliptical grind and an AT-VMN95SH, which has a sharper Shibata grind. So that the user can choose which pickup and sound is preferred.
