AUDIO: Cinema and Motor, protagonist the Jeep Wrangler Sahara in Godzilla vs Kong. – Beam

The title already advances what this Hollywood blockbuster holds. Knowing also that it is a continuation of Kong: Skull Island (2017) and Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019), any doubt about its content is diluted. In this sense, it must be recognized that it fully meets the expectations generated, although it does not exceed them either. However, it should be appreciated that, with a plot budget conducive to an overwhelming pyrotechnic display, he succeeds in dosing himself and places the thunderous sequences at the right times.

When Godzilla, after several years disappeared, attacks the Apex Industries facilities in Pensacola (Florida), the directors of this prestigious technology corporation conclude that the only way to end such a fearsome threat is to find the origin of those titans, in the interior of the Earth. Only Kong can guide them there, so after convincing the scientists in charge of guarding the great primate, they embark on an expedition to Antarctica, but such a decision resurrects the old and deadly rivalry between the two colossi.

The script, without forgetting the spectacular images that the public wants, is concerned with developing two equally interesting plots in parallel. The dangerous sea voyage, which provides the most spectacular scenes, alternates with another intrigue aimed at uncovering the dark side of the powerful multinational. This second narrative thread takes the forms of a youthful adventure, with slight reminiscences of the eighties, which helps to avoid an overwhelming excess of action.
