It is currently no longer possible to order the Audi compact class model A3 in any of the previously offered modifications. The decision was made for an indefinite period.
The manufacturer explains this with the still tense situation in the global semiconductor market and the company’s exhausted production capacity.
Audi reveals that the company’s cooperation partners have also been informed about this decision to stop ordering the model, claims that existing orders will be processed in the coming months and indicates that customers will receive a message about the relevant delivery dates.
The automotive company reassures that the sales and production teams continue to work intensively to be able to resume operations in the previous mode as soon as possible. At the same time, it remains unclear when customers will be able to configure and order their chosen A3 again. Until then, buyers can only use vehicles delivered to warehouses.
