Audi has presented the renewed SQ2. The sporty top version of the Q2 undergoes the same optical changes as its less vehemently motorized brothers and sisters. The facelifted Audi SQ2 will be at the dealers from the beginning of next year.

Audi voerde in september a facelift continues on its smallest SUV-like: the Q2. The little brother of the Q3, presented in 2016, got new headlights, revised bumpers and a modified tailgate. The renewed top version kept Audi under its cap for a while, but now the Audi SQ2 has also been lifted onto the podium.
The facelifted SQ2, like the regular flavors, benefits from the arrival of new headlights and revised bumpers. In that bumper there are striking surfaces on both the front and rear that are clearly closed, but should suggest that they are cooling openings. Just like the regular Audi’s Q2, the SQ2 also gets slots between the grille and the hood. On the back we find the same modified tailgate as on the already well-known Q2.

The engine is not tinkered with, which means that the four-wheel drive SQ2 retains its 300 hp and 400 Nm strong 2.0 TSI. The machine coupled to an S-tronic automatic transmission with seven gears helps the muscular crossover to 100 km / h in 4.9 seconds. Its top speed is 250 km / h. As before, the SQ2 is on a sports suspension. The SUV is about 2 centimeters closer to the asphalt than the regular Q2s.
Audi will open the order book next month. Early next year, the tipped Audi SQ2 will be at Dutch dealers. Before the model was facelifted, the Audi SQ2 had a starting price of € 67,590.
