The land uses for sale, which are located within the freehold areas, include the construction of villas and apartments as well as townhouses, in addition to hotel apartments, shops and offices.
The land uses offered for sale through the Emirates Real Estate Auction of the Emirates Auction Company also include the construction of a commercial center, a park, and an amusement park.
