According to audio obtained by WBMA, the pilot returned the plane to Auburn and requested that “a sheriff or police officer” be there awaiting their return.
“Well, that’s where they came from and the fight was contained. We spoke to the coach and then the nurse came on board. “We talked to them too,” the pilot can be heard saying.
