English football club Arsenal London has removed Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as captain. In addition, the 30-year-old striker will be missing from the “gunners” in Wednesday’s 17th round of the Premier League against West Ham.
Aubameyang did not appear in Saturday’s match with Southampton (3: 0). Coach Mikel Arteta justified this by the late arrival of a player from a foreign trip. The Gabonese national team was in France with the consent of the club, but returned from there a day later.
