Sony released a promotional video on Wednesday afternoon (26) that reveals that the discount for the PS Plus annual plan will be 15% for Days of Play. That is, you can purchase it for R $ 127.42.
The discount, according to the video, starts on June 1st (next Tuesday) and will be available until June 9th. Many believed that the discount would be available starting today, considering that Days of Play itself has already started. The PS Plus annual plan discount is part of the offers Days of Play, which occur both in the retail and in PS Store.
There are many reports that users have received a discount coupon to renew the PS Plus plan via notifications from the console itself (PS4 or PS5). Because of this, we recommend checking your notifications.
It is worth remembering that on July 7, at 14h59 (Brasília time), the price of the PS Plus service annual plan will rise to R $ 199.90 (the other periods will also be readjusted). That said, it will be a good opportunity to renew your plan, if you keep that in mind.
For those unfamiliar, if you subscribe to the plan with an active subscription (in progress), the term will accumulate. That is, if your subscription expires in November 2021, for example, and catches the annual plan in the June promotion, your subscription will only end in November 2022.
Update: the trailer informs us that the promotion will only be for new subscribers – something we missed out on. If that’s the case, ignore what we said about purchasing the above subscription, unfortunately.
