Greetings to the employees of this newspaper! I am writing to your organization for the first time, and the feeling is truly one of enormous satisfaction. The President of the Republic and the MPLA, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, has been making too many trips abroad in recent days.
Most of our young people say that the leader of this Nation has been wasting time traveling. They also say that the Head of State has done little for the well-being of the populations. I understand the dissatisfaction of our youth. The truth is that the trips that our President has been making are really important.
In fact, Angola has been cooperating with several countries on the Old Continent, in order to improve the business environment in the country, as well as attract investors. The country is going through a turbulent period and João Lourenço’s team has done their best to improve the current situation of families.
It’s not enough to point the finger. We also have to help our Executive to improve in several areas. On the other hand, we also have to recognize the achievements of João Lourenço’s squad. It’s not easy being President.
