I am writing to you in connection with your request to be contacted by Bulgarian lawyers who are not afraid to lead your defamation case against Mr. Boyko Borisov.
I, as a Bulgarian lawyer, am not afraid to bring cases against politicians, regardless of whether they are former or current and regardless of their position.
I think I am not the only one and there is no Bulgarian lawyer who is afraid of the confrontation in a courtroom with politicians, institutions, banks, insurers and all those who are considered the powerful of the day.
I, and all lawyers, have taken an oath to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Bulgarian citizens, to fight for them with all the legal means allowed. You, like every Bulgarian citizen, have the right to a lawyer to represent you in court.
If you believe that your reputation has been wrongfully damaged and you have suffered damages as a result of the wrongful actions of another (no matter who), then I will do everything in my power to convict them and get you fair compensation from the courts.
The above – in the event that you give me a vote of confidence, which is absolutely necessary in a client-lawyer relationship. I will put all my energy into your cause, which you consider just, and I hope and believe that the independent Bulgarian court will judge fairly, according to the evidence in the case.
Finally, I want to tell you that I am not a supporter of your political party. I am not a member of any such, but I regularly exercise my right to vote. I vote unreservedly for your primary opponent in elections, just as I will unreservedly defend your interests in court.
