Notary in Neuhof
08.08.24 – In February 2024, lawyer Moritz Meissel was appointed as a notary by the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. With the swearing-in at the beginning of August 2024, he is now available as an impartial advisor for all notarial matters. This includes, for example, the purchase and donation of real estate, the drafting of marriage contracts and divorce settlements, testamentary arrangements or the formation of companies.
With the appointment of Mr. Moritz Meissel as notary, the gap that has existed in the town of Neuhof since 2022 will be closed.
Mr. Moritz Meissel was born in Fulda in 1990. After graduating from the Rabanus-Maurus School in Fulda and completing a voluntary social year at the Pestalozzi School in Fulda, he studied law with a focus on labor law at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. He has been working as a lawyer since 2019 and has held the title of specialist lawyer for labor law since 2023. In June 2024, he founded the Meissel & Partner law firm in Neuhof together with his brother Sebastian Meissel.
