Former Congressman Héctor Vergara Sierra appointed renowned jurist Inocencio Meléndez Julio as legal representative.
This in order to promote criminal and civil actions against anyone “with cowardly, cowardly and reckless maneuvers who intend to defame, slander or undermine the dignity and good name of my family or mine”.
The announcement was made by Vergara through social networks.
Recently, Héctor Vergara’s wife, MP Katiana Aguirre, denounced having suffered attacks through Facebook portals consisting of “systematic defamation consisting of publications that denigrate and violate the fundamental rights of the MP, as well as that of children and their families nucleus”.
