Attorney General’s Office (AGO) deepen the matter of the management of convicted independent projects Djoko S Tjandra through a fatwa of the Supreme Court (MA) filed by Prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari in November 2019.
Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the AGO, Febrie Adriansyah, said the proposal document obtained by the investigating team was a figure with the initials DK who was suspected of being related to the efforts to release Djoko Tjandra while still at large.
“We don’t know [identitas DK]What is clear is that there is data for the DK, the abbreviation is DK. That’s why we’re looking for who this DK is, “said Febrie to reporters at the Round Building, Attorney General’s Complex, Jakarta, Friday (11/9).
He said investigators had asked Pinangki for the initials of the name during the investigation. But so far, said Febrie, Pinangki has not disclosed the figure.
In this case, Febrie stated that he would coordinate with the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) to trace the identity of the initials listed.

For information, the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) asked the KPK to also investigate a number of other names allegedly often referred to as Pinangki, Djoko Tjandra and his lawyer, Anita Kolopaking in the case of the MA fatwa arrangement.
A number of names each with the initials T, DK, BR, HA and SHD.
However, it is not known that further identities are related to the initials of the name offered by MAKI. In addition, it is not known which institution or element of society they came from.
MAKI coordinator, Boyamin Saiman said that his party also found that there were conversational activities between Pinangki and Anita Kolopaking who often mentioned the terms ‘my father’ and ‘your father’.
“KPK should delve into the role of PSM which was allegedly stated to the core ADK on the day Rabo will deliver R to the high office in Kejagung,” said one of MAKI’s recommendations to KPK.
