The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) confiscated the Rolls-Royce car belonging to Sandra Dewi’s husband, Harvey Moeis, suspect in a corruption case in the tin commodity trade system in the mining business permit (IUP) area at PT Timah Tbk in 2015-2022. Apart from the Rolls-Royce, a MINI Cooper car was also confiscated.
The confiscation was confirmed by the Director of Investigation (Dirdik) Jampidsus AGO, Kuntadi. Kuntadi said the confiscation of this luxury car followed a search carried out by investigators at Harvey’s residence.
“That’s right, and the MINI Cooper,” said Kuntadi when confirmed, Monday (1/4/2024) evening.
As is known, Harvey Moeis’ residence was searched by the Attorney General’s Office. The search was related to a case of alleged corruption in the tin commodity trading system in the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business License area for 2015-2022.
“We also conducted a search at Brother HM’s residence and what results are we waiting for,” said Kuntadi in his office, Monday (1/4).
“It is true that the search is underway in Pakubuwono,” he added
In this case, the Attorney General’s Office has named 16 suspects, one of whom was charged with obstructing the investigation. Meanwhile, there are 15 other suspects in the main case. Here are the details:
