Our Infrastructure & Energy Transition team in the Projects & Disputes department is looking for a lawyer (f/m/d) for our Frankfurt office.

Our rapidly growing and market-leading Projects & Disputes team provides comprehensive advice on global infrastructure projects and supports some of the world’s largest energy transition projects. We see ourselves as specialists in hydrogen projects, wind and solar projects, data centers and fiber optic expansion as well as transformative infrastructure. Our projects are regularly located abroad – inside and outside Europe – and are subject to foreign legal systems. Our work is very realistic, dynamic, extremely international and varied – every day we work on real social impacts by implementing future technologies and the energy transition as central issues of our time together with our clients. As a member of our Projects & Disputes team, you will provide comprehensive advice on the entire life cycle of a project: You will draft and negotiate complex project contracts, such as EPC/EPCM/O&M contracts, as well as delivery and acceptance contracts (offtakes) and advise on the entire project implementation. At the same time, you will support clients in project-related dispute resolution including claim management. Would you like to play an active role in shaping the energy transition as a lawyer? Then you have come to the right place!
