In our precedent article we have already provided information on the “Catering supply chain fund”. Attention, the deadline for requesting the lost fund has been postponed, last chance. Today, November 28, 2020, the deadline for the submission of applications for access to the non-repayable fund expired, which has been postponed to December 15, 2020.
This was communicated by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies given the difficulties associated with limiting movement and finding documentation reported by offices and companies.
We recall some important information
a) For the electronic submission it is necessary to be equipped with SPID;
b) if you encounter difficulties in presenting online it is always possible to present the paper documentation through the branches of Poste Italiane (concessionaire of the concession);
c) the order of presentation of the applications does not give the right to pre-emption;
d) the reimbursement of € 1,000 is guaranteed, the remaining resources will be divided in proportion among all the beneficiaries up to a maximum of € 10,000;
e) the improper receipt of the contribution involves a penalty equal to double the contribution not due up to a maximum of € 8,000;
f) any sanction to be paid with form F24 does not allow for compensation.
Advice
Setting up the question might seem easy but it’s not. There are difficulties in the exact identification of the codes that meet the requirements and those that do not. There are many difficulties in identifying the various categories of products and in the composition of the basket of products necessary to access the fund which must be of at least 3 different types. When completing the application on the restaurant portal there were difficulties in accessing and staying on the site.
