ADO Den Haag is slowly preparing for the denouement of the season, where they will compete for the last promotion spot via the Play-Offs. In order to start these Play-Offs well prepared both on and off the field, we would like to inform you in advance about the conditions and options for ticket sales during this period. So read this message carefully and check whether your ADO Den Haag account has been completed and identified.
As is known, strict conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for ADO Den Haag home matches this season and this will also apply to the matches in the Play-Offs. There is one for all home games in the Play-Offs complete registration and identification of the ADO Den Haag account required to purchase a ticket. This means that you have one in our system identified ADO The Hague account must have. You may purchase a maximum of one card per account during home matches in the Play-Offs. Don’t wait too long to complete your ADO Den Haag account. We ask everyone who intends to visit one of the home games in the Play-Offs to arrange this now. If you are unable to reach an agreement, we can help you until May 7 and ensure that you are also ready to participate during the Play-Offs. Follow the four steps below to complete your ADO Den Haag account
Season ticket holders
Season ticket holders who have already extended their season ticket will find the card in the online ticket environment when the opponent and time are final. Current Season Ticket holders who have chosen not to renew their Season Ticket (yet) naturally have the option to purchase one ticket with their account.
Children’s cards
We can issue children’s tickets on match day upon presentation of identification at one of the stadium box offices or the Fan Store. If you also want to be able to purchase children’s tickets before then, it is important that you create an ADO Den Haag account for your son or daughter. If it is not possible to identify the account, this can be done by showing identification in our Fanstore. ADO Kids members already have their own account and can use this to purchase tickets for home games in the Play-Offs.
