Purchases of Pertalite and diesel will be completely regulated. For people who are entitled to purchase the assigned fuel and subsidies, they must register at MyPertamina starting July 1, 2022.
This step was taken because so far consumers are not entitled to consume Pertalite and diesel. If it is not regulated, the quota that is set every year will be broken.
To ensure that the distribution mechanism is more targeted, PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga, has taken the initiative to test the distribution of Pertalite and diesel for entitled users who have registered in the MyPertamina system.
“We have prepared the MyPertamina website, namely https://subsiditepat.mypertamina.id/ which will be opened on July 1, 2022. People who feel they have the right to use Pertalite and diesel can register their data through this website, then wait to see if their vehicle and identity are confirmed as registered users. The MyPertamina system will help us match user data,” said Pertamina Patra Niaga President Director, Alfian Nasution in his statement, Monday (27/6/2022).
People don’t need to worry if they don’t have the MyPertamina application, because all registration is done on the MyPertamina website https://subsiditepat.mypertamina.id/.
Users who have registered their vehicle and identity will then receive a notification via the registered email. Registered users will get a special QR code indicating that their data is matched and can purchase Pertalite and diesel.
“The most important thing is to make sure that you become a registered user on the MyPertamina website, if all the data is correct then consumers can make transactions at gas stations and all transactions will be recorded digitally. “This can be a reference in making programs or policies related to energy subsidies with the government while protecting people who currently have the right to enjoy subsidized fuel,” he continued.
It is planned that the initial trial will be carried out in several cities/districts spread over 5 provinces, including West Sumatra, South Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, West Java, and DI Yogyakarta.
