According to this media, in a video recently released on social media (SNS), the Dalai Lama kissed a boy on the lips, stuck out his tongue, and said, “Can you suck my tongue?”
This video was filmed on February 28 at an event in the suburbs of Dharamsala, northern India.
A boy approached the Dalai Lama, who was sitting on the podium at the time, hugged him and kissed him on the cheek.
