Attending a play from home is possible: Luis Martínez Arasa stars in ‘The Last Applause’ | Radio Murcia | Present

The coronavirus pandemic has forced wits to sharpen. Alquibla Teatro is one of those companies that, although COVID-19 has turned everything upside down, tries to turn the situation around and take advantage of the tools at your fingertips to be able to offer theater to your followers.

Listen to Antonio Saura and Luis Martínez Arasa, they speak in Hoy por hoy about ‘Theater live from your home’ in Play SER

In Hoy por hoy we have spoken with Antonio Saura, director of Alquibla Teatro, and with the actor, Luis Martínez Arasa, about the idea itself and about the representation that will take place this Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th from the dressing room of the Thuiller theater (Caravaca from the cross).

The idea is very simple. The spectator acquires his ticket and through the Zoom platform accesses the representation of the work from your home or the place you choose.

Martínez Arasa launches himself into this ‘experiment’ and does so with ‘El Último aplauso’, a text by Mel Galindo and whose staging is carried out by Antonio Saura. A virtual play from the dressing room of the Thuiller Theater in Caravaca to your home.
