Attend the event at IKN, 12 governors have arrived in East Kalimantan

SAMARINDAKOMPAS.com – A total of 12 governors have arrived in East Kalimantan (Kaltim), Sunday (13/3/2022).

Their arrival in order to follow a series of events in the nation’s capital (IKN) Shoescoinciding with President Joko Widodo’s camping trip from March 13 to 15, 2022.

The 12 governors are West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, North Sulawesi Governor Olly Dondokambey, Central Sulawesi Governor Rusdi Mastura, Southeast Sulawesi Governor H Ali Mazi, South Sulawesi Governor Andi Sudirman Sulaiman, NTB Governor Zulkieflimansyah and NTT Governor Viktor Laiskodat.

Then, North Maluku Governor Abdul Gani Kasuba, North Kalimantan Governor Zainal Arifin Paliwang, Bali Deputy Governor Cok Ace, West Sumatra Governor Mahyeldi Ansarullah, Maluku Governor Murad Ismail, and Papua Governor Lukas Enembe.

The governors landed at Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan, and were received by the Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan Hadi Mulyadi along with the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat.

“It didn’t take us long to get to IKN. Yes, it only took us 3 hours to arrive. And, in the future, we will certainly cooperate with the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to support IKN,” said North Sulawesi Governor Olly Dondokambey as quoted by the East Kalimantan Provincial Public Relations, Sunday. .

Meanwhile, Ridwan Kamil said that his arrival was at the invitation of the President by bringing land and water from 27 regencies and cities that had been collected in Bandung.

“This symbolizes that land and water from West Java will unite in the land of the capital of the archipelago,” said Kang Emil as he is called.

Meanwhile, the Governor of South Sulawesi Andi Sulaiman admitted that he was ready to support the logistics of food ingredients for the Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) in East Kalimantan.

“Everyone supports IKN, yes. South Sulawesi is ready to support the Capital of the Archipelago in East Kalimantan,” said Andi.

Andi said East Kalimantan is not a new area in cooperation, especially the supply of basic needs for the community such as rice, vegetables and other food commodities.
