Three still unknown men demanded money from a couple on Saturday. In the end, the perpetrators fled without taking anything. That’s what the police report.
The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. on a footpath between Ulm University of Applied Sciences and the Eselsberg residential area. A 29-year-old and a 30-year-old sat on a park bench. Three unknown men came to them.
One of the men pulled out a knife and repeatedly demanded cash. This was repeatedly denied by the 30-year-old. The strangers then fled in the direction of Oberberghof. The police were informed by an emergency call. The searched for the three perpetrators with several stripes. But the men remained undiscovered.
They are said to have been about 1.70 to 1.75 meters tall and dressed in dark. All three were masked. The Ulm Criminal Investigation Department has started the investigation.
