ATSV DEUTSCH-WAGRAM – Good news from the hospital

The linesman of ATSV Sparta Deutsch Wagram, who fell over shortly before the end of the game against Hausbrunn on Friday evening, had to be resuscitated and taken to the hospital with the emergency helicopter, is on the mend. The confirmed Deutsch-Wagram chairman Werner Matzinger pleased on Sunday. For further observation, however, the assistant remains in the hospital for the time being. It is important to the chairman to thank everyone who reacted perfectly during this moment of shock on the sports field: “The rescue chain worked great, so on behalf of the club I would like to say thank you to everyone who helped out so spontaneously.”

Matzinger is already looking forward to welcoming the linesman back to the sports field, but then probably only as a spectator. “But you can see how quickly the sporty side takes a backseat,” he sighs. Immediately after the game, Günter Hlawaty, section head of SV Hausbrunn, also wished the linesman a speedy recovery on behalf of the SVH.
