Roger Federer and Wilson recently announced that a racket collection designed in close collaboration with the Swiss champion will soon be available.

Thanks to this collaboration, Roger hopes to change the minds of tennis players, regardless of their level, about the importance of having a racket in good condition.

As he said, this collaboration isn’t really there to rehabilitate his image. He really wants to help the players of today and tomorrow.

“Okay, who cares about me now? It’s really just a racket. For future young players, other professional players, but also amateur players. So I try to combine all the knowledge I have gained over the past 30 years into this racket. It’s a good process and I’m very happy with the end result, to be honest. People usually play with one racket and then buy another one, maybe five or ten years later. In tennis, maybe we haven’t explained well enough that if you play with a racket too long, the point is flexible everywhere. And that’s why I hope, through this story and my racket, that you will say to yourself: ‘You know what? Maybe I should buy a racket once a year, twice a year or every two years.’ »
