ATP Finals: victorious against Medvedev, Rublev relaunches an appeal for peace

Impressively during the match, the Russian once again took a stand against the war in Ukraine after his performance by texting the word peace three times on a camera with the comment, “This is what we need.”

It is not the first time that Rublev has asked to stop the Russian invasion: “As I have always said, the most important thing is that there is peace in all parts of the world. From my post, the only thing I can do is try to show it through tennis, in interviews and on the courts”.
