The regulation

The top two in each group, at the end of the first phase, will advance to the semi-finals. In the semi-finals the first of one group will meet against the second of the other, and vice versa. Then the final. All matches will be played as a best of three sets. To determine the final ranking for each group, the following criteria will be taken into account, in order:
a) Greater number of victories.
b) Greater number of matches played (e.g.: a win-loss balance of 2-1 beats one of 2-0; a balance of 1-2 beats one of 1-0).
c) Result of the head-to-head match if only two players are tied.
d) If three players have a win each then:
(i) If one of them has not played all three matches, he is automatically eliminated, and the winner of the direct match between the other two will advance to the semi-finals. If all three have the same number of games, they are considered in order:
(ii) Best percentage of sets won; or
(iii) Best game won percentage; or
(iv) Ranking position on the Monday after the last seasonal tournament in the ATP Tour calendar.
