The management of Atlético Madrid plans to extend cooperation with the team’s head coach Diego Simeone, Spanish journalist Ruben Uria reports on his Twitter page.

The Argentine coach’s new contract will run until the summer of 2026. During the next international break, negotiations on the final conclusion of the treaty will resume. Atlético wants the coach to remain at the club.
Let us remind you that Simeone’s current contract with the “mattress makers” runs until June 2024.
