The Atlanta Hawks are getting loud ESPN-Reporter Adrian Wojnarowski trade Cam Reddish to the New York Knicks. Completion could be reported soon.
In return, the Knicks are sending Kevin Knox to Atlanta. In addition, the Hawks will receive a protected first-round pick for 2022 via the Charlotte Hornets.
The Knicks, meanwhile, get veteran Solomon Hill and a second-round pick for 2025 from the Brooklyn Nets.
Recently there had been persistent rumors that Reddish could be traded. The small forward and shooting guard hadn’t secured a regular spot in Atlanta’s rotation.
In 34 games, Reddish, who was drafted tenth overall in 2019, averaged 11.9 points. With the Knicks, he now meets his former Duke teammate RJ Barrett.
