Aticco follows in the footsteps of Excem and Urban Campus and joins the ‘coliving’ fever in Spain – idealista / news

New ‘coliving’ operator in Spain. The flexible space company Aticco joins operators such as Excem, Urban Campus o MiCasaInn And presents Aticco Living. The company will open its first spaces this coming September and expects to reach 300 units in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia before the end of 2021.

To achieve these objectives, Albert Segú, Carles Ribes and Jaume Noguera join the Aticco team, who are conceptualizing and designing this new housing model.

Aticco Living homes can be rented for periods of more than 3 months and will be located near the company’s coworking centers to facilitate interaction. The project wants to design hybrid buildings in which coworking and ‘coliving’ spaces coexist in the same building. For that, they are looking for buildings that allow this dual nature, both in terms of size and structure.

The ‘coliving’ is being consolidated in the main European cities as it is a profitable and consistent proposal for investors, as well as a solution with a positive impact for cities and their inhabitants.

The services included and the facilities offered to the ‘colivers’, together with the synergies that are created with the coworking model and the creation of a community linked to the city, make ‘coliving’ an attractive model from all perspectives.
