On the first day of the competition, on Friday, the athletes competed on a 3 km course with 20 obstacles. Participants received 3 wristbands and had only one attempt to clear the obstacle without making any mistakes. If you fail, the bracelet is cut off. OCR Gargždai member Renaldas Bugys performed well in the so-called short distance: he completed the course in 17 minutes. 31 sec. he is in his age category from 35-39. won 2nd place!

Two other members of OCR Gargždai – Donatas Šateikis and Modestas Putrius – also gained invaluable experience on the 3 km track.

On Saturday, the main day of competition, the OCR mecca of Val di Fiemme continued to compete with 900 athletes (100 elite, 800 age group) on the standard 15km course. Competitors were greeted by 28 degree heat, a 700m uphill climb and 53 obstacles including a lake swim. Athletes had 3 wristbands and only 1 attempt per obstacle.
