Who is a Modular Therapy Course (MTC) interesting for?

The Modular Therapy Course (MTC) is aimed specifically at yoga teachers, including those from other traditions, as well as interested yogis. You dive into the anatomical and physiological background of your yoga practice. If you have already established your own yoga practice and are interested in alignment, prevention and yoga therapy, then you have come to the right place.

In this training you will learn the anatomical background and gain an understanding of common injuries and diseases. For your practice you will learn therapeutic sequences and band styles® Techniques for healthy alignment. It is important to us to give you a lot of theoretical knowledge and practical inspiration for your own practice and your lessons. You will also receive a manual in which you can read the essential content.

Deepening in eLearning

After the MTC you have two months in the AYI® eLearning to deepen and reflect on the techniques learned and to make them usable for personal practice and teaching. For this you will find background texts, exercise videos and in-depth tasks in your eLearning. In this way, the MTC can be a module of your AYInnovation® Become a yoga teacher training or further education. If you successfully complete your specializations during this time, you will receive your AYI® Certificate!
