Atelier Rouy is a family estate that has shaped metal through the ages. From farriery to industrial subcontracting and then to creative metalwork since 2014, Esteban Rouy, current manager, continues the family know-how.
The diversification of the know-how for almost 10 years, makes it possible to supply stairs, canopies, furniture for the municipalities, individuals and companies of the Grand Est and above all, to maintain a well-filled order book and a turnover of business worth several hundred thousand euros. Instead of making layoffs in times of change and in particular automation, the company has chosen to train its employees for new positions and support them in their professional development. 3D designers, metalworkers, welders, fitters, preparers… so many passionate professions are present at Atelier Rouy.
Their oldest employee, trained in 1992, began his career at the Workshop as a machinist. The manager was keen to train his employee in a profession that responds more to current challenges, thus developing him as an installer.
