Atalanta Vs Inter Milan Ended 1-1

Inter Milan back failed to win at Italian League. Visited to headquarters Atalanta in giornata 7, the Nerazzurri were held to a 1-1 draw.

Lautaro Martinez opened up opportunities for Inter in the 8th minute, but his shot was blocked by Atalanta defender Cristian Romero. Five minutes later, the chances of the two Argentine attackers through long-range shots were still up.

Atalanta gave the threat in the 16th minute. Hans Hateboer managed to head the ball into Inter’s goal after receiving Matteo Ruggeri’s pass, but it was still easily secured by the Inter goalkeeper, Samir Handanovic.

Martinez again pressed Atalanta’s goal. In the 19th minute, his right foot shot was wide of the target. The same thing happened again when he had another chance two minutes later.

24th minute, Arturo vidal also got a chance after receiving Alessandro Bastoni’s crossing. Even so, his header still bounced over Atalanta’s goal.

Atalanta tried to reply. Ruslan Malinovskiy fired a long shoot in the 39th minute, but was blocked by Inter’s back line. Six minutes later, his second trial with a free kick again experienced the same thing. The first half ended in a 0-0 draw.

In the second half, Inter finally opened the scoring in the 58th minute. Starting from Ashley Young’s beautiful cross from the left side, the ball was successfully struck by Martinez with a header and lodged in the right corner of the goal without being able to be dammed by Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Sportiello.

Inter almost doubled the lead in the 65th minute. Vidal’s close-range shot was successfully blocked by Sportiello. The ball vomited again was struck by Nicolo Barella, but Sportiello brilliantly brushed it back.

Behind 0-1, Atalanta put Aleksey Miranchuk to replace Malinovskiy. The replacement proved effective. In the 79th minute, the Russian player managed to equalize the score.

Receiving feedback from Luis Muriel who also entered in the second half, Miranchuk held the ball, dribbled it briefly, then fired a shot from outside the penalty box into the right corner of the Inter goal. Handanovic tries to save the net, but fails.

Atalanta almost turned things around in the 84th minute. Remo Freuler’s cross into the penalty area was headed by Muriel, but deviated on the left side of the Inter goal.

In the remaining time, both teams failed to score additional goals and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
