The new district of La Monnaie, which began to emerge in 2010, has the particularity of being at the crossroads of three municipalities: Angers, Trélazé and Les Ponts-de-Cé, on which it is located. Only 4 kilometers from downtown Angers, over a total area of 9.5 hectares, the ZAC la Monnaie already hosts nearly 1,000 inhabitants. Ultimately, the 665 housing units will accommodate 1,500 inhabitants.
After the loss of the Pinel system for the Angevin agglomeration, no longer attracting as many investors as before, the district experienced “ a slack in its development », Recognizes Jean-Paul Pavillon, the mayor of Ponts-de-Cé. After negotiations between the developer Alter, the city and the developers, the eco-district has regained its attractiveness.

The Nantes developer CBI Immobilier plans to build a building with 39 free-access apartments next year. This program will be the first for CBI in the Angevin agglomeration.
P2i and Socolova will build a large-scale real estate complex.
