CRDOBA, 4 (PRESS EUROPE)
The Revenue Agency has already returned 144.24 million euros to 240,368 Córdoba taxpayers of the 2021 IRPF of 2021, whereby, as of December 30, 98.36% of the requested refunds have been made in number and the 96.26% of the corresponding requested amounts have been paid.
As expected, in the province this year the Agency received a slightly higher number of declarations (+2.65%), reaching the figure of 377,162, even if, and in line with the latest estimates made, declarations with a balance those filed increased significantly, while those with results to be returned decreased, as reported by the Government Subdelegation in a note.
Also in this latest campaign, the Revenue Agency has designed a reinforced telephone assistance plan in the presentation, the ‘We’ll call you’ plan, to cover the needs of taxpayers without having to wait for assistance to open in the offices and, in any case, also to avoid unnecessary travel.
By the end of the campaign, ‘Le Llamamos’ had established itself as the leading non-face-to-face alternative to the Agency’s website for filing tax returns. This telephone filing method was used by 1,076,000 taxpayers, 6.6% fewer than last year, when a record number of returns was set using this method. In any case, statements archived via the “We’ll call you” plan in this campaign represent 62.4% of all statements with personalized assistance.
On the other hand, the level of presentations at the branches increased significantly, with over 649,000 declarations, 23.1% more than the previous year, in a context of improvement in the health situation. Overall, the commitment to personalized assistance, both by telephone and in the offices, made it possible to forward 1,725,000 reports by both means, 250,000 more than two years ago.
In any case, the vast majority of taxpayers, over 92% of the total, continue to file their returns online. This year, 20,420,000 presentations were made via the Internet (+1.9%), of which 19,992,000 through the Agency’s website, 1.8% more than a year ago.
The remainder corresponds to the 428,100 declarations submitted via the Agency’s mobile application, 3.5% more than the previous year; Of these, 303,700 are “one-click” submissions (+8.8%) and the rest correspond to contributors who were directed from the application to the web to make some changes and returned to the app to complete the application. .
