At the courthouse: the beer spilled that caused him to lose his left eye

BS is a professional farmer born on 06/10/1990, single without children living in Yéguéresso in Houet. BS then defends himself by saying. “I was in the booth with MS. We were fighting and my little father JS and my brother TS came to help me,” he explains. JS then admits that he hit MS on the back with a stick because he spilled his son BS’s beer “No one told me to do it. I did it because my son was in danger and I just wanted to protect him,” he explains.
Answering a question from the prosecutor, TS said: “I was not at the scene, I was passing by when I saw my brother fighting. I moved closer to separate them and told them to go home because it was getting late. That’s when MS turned around and immediately knocked me to the ground. Something I could not bear. That’s why I used my slingshot to stone him, but I didn’t know he was hurt. It was after that I heard that.” After the controversial debates, the file was postponed until May 14, 2024 pending the final medical certificate for the victim’s eye.
