The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision approving the participation of Bulgaria with national stand at the International Exhibition for Organic Foods “BIOFAH 2025”. It will be held in the period February 11-14, 2025 in the city of Nuremberg, Germany.
The international exhibition for biofoods “BIOFAH” is one of the world’s most authoritative exhibitions in the field of biofoods. The native organic agriculture and food industry will be represented with its products among the global business in the field of organic production. Exhibitors are also expected to find new markets. The development of organic agriculture is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, given its role in the development of a higher standard of food consumption, the well-being of the environment and the protection of natural resources and biological diversity.
The expenses for the preparation and participation of Bulgaria are at the expense of the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, with the exception of those that will be provided by the State aid “Assistance for participation in exhibitions”.
