The Health Secretary announced that in early 2022 the booster vaccination will start to educational staff and highlighted that the application of third doses in health personnel, reiterated that health professionals will be immunized public and private sector.

The official highlighted the positive effect of vaccination to reduce serious cases and deaths from Covid-19, pointed out that in April, when four months had passed since the start of vaccination against coronavirus, the size of the mortality in the unvaccinated was 2.6 times the size of the vaccinated, but in November 14 times the mortality of the vaccinated was represented in the unvaccinated.
“It is clear that unvaccinated people are those who contributed the majority of mortality, it is clear that mortality in the unvaccinated is higher, the obvious conclusion is that vaccination against Covid-19 is the most important element of prevention for the reduction of risks in both hospitalizations and deaths from coronavirus ”, he said.
